TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS:
If this is the first time you have attempted to access the resources on this page, you will need to set or reset your existing password. Current LCMCS parents/guardians will be automatically recognized by the system when using the primary email address on record with the school. The links on this page are part of a new registration and database system that was launched in April 2020. The good news is that once you set your password, you will be able to use these same credentials when you register your student prior to the next school year. And, throughout the year, your password will provide you access to your student’s school records as well as the LCMCS Student and Family Directory.
Frequently Asked Questions:
How do I set my password? You can set your password easily by clicking on the “set or reset password” link when you are asked to log in to any of the resources on this page. The system will generate an email to your primary email address on record at LCMCS, which will contain instructions for how to set or reset your password. Be sure to check your spam filter if you do not receive an email within a few short minutes.
I receive an error when setting my password. If you see an alert that says “the information you provided does not match our records” when setting or resetting your password, it is likely that you are not using the same email address that is on record with LCMCS as your “primary” school email address. In this case, please use the email address on record, or contact LCMCS (see below) for assistance.
I see “‘No Record Found” after I log in. The system identifies you and the students you are associated with based on the primary email address that you have on record with the school. If you do not see your student’s information after you log in, this is because the email address you are using to log in is not connected to your student in the LCMCS database. Please contact LCMCS (see below) for assistance.
